Refund Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a set number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company—processing time may vary.
Next, contact your bank, as it may take additional time before your refund appears.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at asier2736@gmail.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
